Coach
Coaching and Capacity Building: We provide comprehensive training and development programs that equip social entrepreneurs from underestimated communities with the necessary technical, managerial, and leadership skills to drive the success of their ventures. This includes personalized coaching, mentorship, and access to relevant resources.
- Capacity Building Ecosystem: We provide a hybrid model of in-person and online training programs that equips social entrepreneurs from underestimated communities with the necessary tools, knowledge, and practical skills to scale their ventures.
- Pitch Competitions and Elevator Pitch Training: We organize pitch competitions tailored to each subpopulation (diasporic communities, migrant communities, LGBTQ+, women, and youth) and offer training on how to deliver effective elevator pitches.
Connect
Networking and Collaboration: We foster connections and collaborations among social entrepreneurs, mentors, organizations, and underestimated communities. By facilitating knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and resource collaboration, we create a supportive network that promotes growth, learning, and mutual support for ventures.
- Festival of the Diaspora Participation: Casa Innovation serves as the operational partner for the Festival of the Diaspora (FOTD), actively supporting social entrepreneurs to participate in FOTD events. This includes showcasing their ventures, networking with like-minded individuals, and accessing new opportunities.
- Networking and Connecting Events: We organize various networking and connecting events both across the Americas and at our headquarters in Medellin, Colombia. These events facilitate meaningful connections, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among social entrepreneurs and other stakeholders.
Co-Create
Collaborative Innovation: We believe in the power of collaboration to address social challenges effectively. We actively involve social entrepreneurs and underestimated communities in the co-creation process, encouraging them to work together to generate innovative solutions that are contextually relevant. - Access to Grants for FOTD and Casa Innovation Events: We provide social entrepreneurs with opportunities to access grants that support their participation in joint events organized by the Festival of the Diaspora and Casa Innovation. This enables them to showcase their products and services to a broader audience.
- Vendor Network Access: We have established a vendor network that connects social entrepreneurs with potential buyers and partners, exposing their products and services to new markets and opportunities.
